History

Found 1990s

●1954

Yokohama Yuso Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.

●1974

Yokohama Kairiku Service Corporation(currently VANTEC Central Logistics Corporation)became a group company.

●1984

Tokiwakaiun Co., Ltd. became a group company.

●1989

Establishment of Saitama Yokoyu Co., Ltd. (currently VANTEC East Logistics Corporation)

Establishment of Autrans Europe Limited in UK (currently VANTEC Europe Limited).

Became independent from Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. through management buyout (MBO).

Establishment of VANTEC Sumiso Logistics (Wuhan) Co., Ltd.

Tokyu Air Cargo Co., Ltd. was renamed to VANTEC World Transport Co., Ltd,

VANTEC Corporation and VANTEC World Transport Co., Ltd. became wholly-owned subsidiaries of VANTEC Holdings Corporation by stock swap.

●2006

Establishment of VANTEC Group Holdings Corporation.

VANTEC Group Holdings Corporation was established as the parent company of VANTEC Holdings Corporation through stock transfer.

●2007

VANTEC Group Holdings Corporation was listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Autrans Europe Limited became a wholly owned subsidiary and was renamed to VANTEC Europe Limited.

●2011

VANTEC Corporation became a subsidiary and a member company of Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. by TOB.

Establishment of PT VANTEC Indomobil Logistics

●2012

VANTEC Corporation became a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. and was delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
VANTEC Corporation's freight forwarding business was transferred to VANTEC HTS Forwarding, Ltd.

Establishment of VANTEC HTS Logistics (RUS), LLC

VANTEC West Logistics Corporation merged into VANTEC Central Logistics Corporation.

Business amalgamation of VANTEC World Transport (H.K.) Limited and Hitachi Transport System (Hong Kong), Ltd. , which then renamed to VANTEC Hitachi Transport System (Hong Kong) Ltd.

VANTEC World Transport (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. merged into Hitachi Transport System (Taiwan) Ltd. and then renamed to VANTEC Hitachi Transport System (Taiwan) Ltd.

VANTEC World Transport (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. was merged into Hitachi Transport System (Asia) Pte. Ltd.

●2015

Business amalgamation of VANTEC World Transport(Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Hitachi Transport System(Thailand) , which then renamed to Hitachi Transport System VANTEC(Thailand), Ltd.

VANTEC World Transport (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Hitachi Transport System (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. were integrated.

Business amalgamation of VANTEC World Transport (USA),Inc. and Hitachi Transport System (America), Ltd. , which then renamed to VANTEC Hitachi Transport System (USA),Inc.

VANTEC HTS Forwarding,Ltd. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Transport System,Ltd.
