Vantec Europe Limited’s head office is located within its purpose built 39,700m² Logistics Processing Centre on Hillthorn Business Park in Washington, Sunderland; with a second 38,476m² facility less than a mile away at Turbine Business Park, both close to the A19 and A1M main transport routes.

Vantec Europe is located next to Nissan's (NMUK) plant and the ASEC UK Battery Manufacturing Gigafactory; as well as the International Advanced Manufacturing Park (IAMP), which was designated a 'Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project' by the UK Government. IAMP is being developed by Sunderland and South Tyneside Councils as a hub for automotive, advanced manufacturing and technology businesses.
